If you are a practicing pharmacist at a pharmacy that accepts e-prescriptions, we welcome you to share your experiences via the Pharmacy E-Prescribing Experience Reporting Portal. All comments - whether suggestions for improvement or complaints about the process - are welcome.
 
This portal is not a technical support site. Support issues should be reported to your pharmacy technology vendor.
 
The purpose of the site is to gather detailed information that may be used to improve the quality and effectiveness of electronic prescribing technologies. Pharmacists and technicians using this portal should not expect a direct, personalized response to the information that they provide. They can, however, expect that the information will be used to identify trends and systems issues that might need to be addressed or mitigated in order to improve the overall quality and operation of the e-prescribing infrastructure.
